Harmonic map — what am I looking at?
Twelve keys by fifths, then what each pitch is under your cipher, then the chord the scale builds there, then the letters that land on it. Type a word and it is drawn through all four: each letter becomes a node where its cipher value falls, and the word becomes the path between them. Words are drawn separately and joined with a dotted line, because a word boundary is musically real.

Words over the progression
The sentence from Compose, laid over the harmony. Word-motif line style builds the melody from these words rather than from a scale.

Support PHYTHAGRAM
PHYTHAGRAM is an independent project exploring language, ciphers and music. It has no sponsor, no data collection and nothing to sell you inside the application itself.
If it is useful to you — or simply interesting — a contribution keeps the work going.
Thank you for supporting the project.
Store
PHYTHAGRAM store is currently being prepared. Nothing is listed yet, and nothing here is a placeholder for a product that exists.
PHYTHAGRAM maps language onto musical interval structures. Letters run along a scale — A is the first degree, B the second — and when the sequence runs out it begins again. The cipher stores intervals rather than notes, so the same words can be read in any key.
A cipher is generated from a scale. A scale is data. The engine is universal: one implementation of the cyclic rule serves every scale here and every scale you add.

Not in the library, and why
Uncertainty is recorded rather than resolved by guessing.
The sequence is the source of truth. Unusual harmonic results are the system working, not the system failing.
